Cooper Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. soft cream cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 (11 oz.) can drained mandarin oranges
    1 (No. 1) can dark sweet cherries, pitted and drained
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. whipped cream
Preparation
    Blend cheese, mayonnaise and milk.
    Add juice, sugar, oranges, cherries and pecans.
    Fold in whipped cream and spoon into paper baking cups.
    Freeze in muffin tins.
    Makes 18.
