Crab Meat-Scallop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. fresh scallops or frozen, thawed
1 (about 13 oz.) can crab meat
1 c. cream (all-purpose)
1 1/2 c. Miracle Whip mayonnaise
6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. minced onion, dried
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. soft buttered bread crumbs
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, folding in egg slices at end.
Butter and cube 3 slices of bread and sprinkle on top of sauce, using a 1-quart casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
