Chicken Divan Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
    3 cooked chicken breasts (2 or 3 c.; may use turkey)
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 can water chestnuts
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 small jar pimiento
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Thaw and cook broccoli and place in greased casserole.
    Place chicken (or turkey) on top.
    Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, water chestnuts and pimiento and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
    Top with bread crumbs/butter mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 or 30 minutes or until browned.
