Versatile Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. milk
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 beaten egg
    1 1/2 c. oatmeal
    1 c. flour
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients in a medium size mixing bowl.
    Blend well. Beat milk, oil and egg together and add to dry ingredients; mix.
    You can add chopped nuts, raisins, chopped apples, mashed bananas or any fruit to these. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
    Makes 1 dozen.
