Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. ground green tomatoes
    1 pt. ground onions
    6 green mangos
    6 red mangos
    2 bunches celery
    1/2 c. salt
    1 pt. vinegar
    1 lb. sugar
    1 qt. mayonnaise
    1 small jar French's mustard
Preparation
    Mix the first 6 ingredients.
    Add salt and let stand overnight in large pan.
    Squeeze dry in jelly bag in morning.
    Add vinegar and sugar.
    Cook 25 minutes.
    Take off fire and stir in mayonnaise and mustard.
    Mix this while hot, let cool and put in small jars. Put paraffin and lids on the ones you won't use immediately.
