Cream Cheese Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 small pkg. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. oil
Preparation

Combine cream cheese, egg, sugar and salt.
Beat well and add chocolate chips.
Add the vanilla and vinegar to the water.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, the vanilla, vinegar and water mixture, salt, baking soda and oil.
Mix and beat well.
Fill cupcake papers 1/2 full of chocolate mixture.
In middle of each, put heaping tablespoonful of cream cheese mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Makes 18.
