Ingredients

6 to 8 firm peaches
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 (9-inch) deep dish pie shell
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar and cinnamon together.
Cut in butter until crumbled.
Slice peaches in wedges.
Arrange peaches in shell. Put crumbled mixture on fruit and bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Change oven setting to 350\u00b0 and open oven door until oven comes on again and bake there for 32 minutes.
Cool before serving as it will become more firm than coming out of the oven.
