Poor Man'S Filet Mignon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    2 slices bread, crumbled
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. celery flakes
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
    6 slices uncooked bacon
Preparation
    Combine the first 9 ingredients.
    Shape into 6 thick patties. Wrap a bacon slice around the sides of each patty.
    Secure with a toothpick.
    Bake on a rack at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Baste with additional A.1. sauce during the last 30 minutes.
