Vena'S Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. lean ground beef
9 large or 12 medium eggs
4 c. bread crumbs (not seasoned)
1 c. finely chopped parsley
1 c. grated Italian cheese (domestic Romano best)
3 Tbsp. salt (or to taste)
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 mashed garlic cloves
1/2 chopped onion
tomato paste or tomato puree (remember 2 cans water for paste; 1 can water for puree)
Preparation

In frying pan, saute vegetable oil, garlic and onion.
Add tomato paste or tomato puree and simmer.
Add meatballs and simmer about 1/2 hour more.
