Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. coarse ground round
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. water
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    2 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
Preparation
    Brown ground round.
    Add onion and pepper; cook on low for 5 minutes.
    Combine with next 6 ingredients.
    Cook in pressure cooker for 5 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.* Add kidney beans; heat until beans are warmed.
