Homemade Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger meat
    1 small onion, diced
    1 large pkg. Cheddar cheese
    1 can diced Ro-Tel
    1 small can black olives
    3 cans Old El Paso enchilada sauce
    1 pkg. soft burrito shells (10 to 12)
Preparation
    Brown hamburger meat, onion and olives.
    Heat enchilada sauce and Ro-Tel.
    In a long pan, lay a shell flat, add meat and sprinkle cheese and then sauce.
    Roll up shell and start with another one.
    Repeat until pan is full.
    Add remaining cheese, then add remaining sauce to top.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts. Serve.
