Easy Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless beef sirloin or top round steak (3/4-inch thick)
    2 medium green or red peppers, cut into strips
    1 medium onion, cut in wedges
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (10 1/4 oz.) can Franco-American beef gravy
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 c. cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Slice beef into thin strips.
    Add 1 tablespoon oil in skillet over medium heat.
    Brown beef in 2 batches.
    Remove.
    Add 1 tablespoon oil.
    Add peppers, onions and garlic powder and cook over medium heat until tender-crisp.
    Add gravy and Worcestershire.
    Return beef to pan.
    Serve over rice.
