Potato Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    5 Tbsp. melted fat
    1 1/2 c. cooked, riced potatoes
    1/4 c. minced onions
Preparation
    Sift flour and baking powder.
    Combine the fat, riced potatoes and onions.
    Add to dry ingredients and beat 1/2 minute.
    Bake in hot waffle iron 3 to 4 minutes.
    These are very good served with creamed chicken.
