Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg, beaten
    grated rind of 1 lemon
    1/4 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix rice well with other ingredients.
    Bake for 20 minutes in a buttered baking dish with bread crumbs at the top and bottom.
