Samami Recipe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburger
    1 1/4 c. curing salt
    1/4 c. any wine
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. pepper flakes
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. cumin
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Makes 3 rolls in netting.
    Bake at 225\u00b0 for 4 hours.
