Shrimp Fettucine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 sticks butter
2 medium onions
3 ribs celery
2 bell peppers, chopped
1/4 c. flour
4 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
3 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
salt and pepper
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 qt. half and half
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 Tbsp. jalapeno peppers, chopped (optional)
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 lb. pkg. fettucine noodles
1/2 c. chopped shallots
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Melt butter in large heavy saucepan.
Add onions, shallots, celery and bell pepper.
Cook 10 minutes until clear.
Add flour; blend well.
Cover and cook 15 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Add parsley and shrimp.
Cover and cook 20 minutes, stirring often. Add cream, cheese, jalapenos and garlic.
Mix well.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and cook on low 20 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain.
Add sauce.
Mix thoroughly. Pour into 6-quart buttered casserole dish.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
