Exa'S Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. potato water (made from boiling potatoes down, then removing potatoes)
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 c. melted shortening
    1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    about 2 c. flour
Preparation
    Heat potato water, milk and shortening.
    Let cool.
    Add other ingredients, except flour.
    Add flour gradually and beat well until about the consistency of thick pancake mix.
    Cover bowl and keep in warm place for 1 hour.
    After an hour, add enough flour to knead.
    Place kneaded dough back into bowl and let rise until double in bulk.
    Place spoonful of dough into muffin tins and let rise again.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
