"No-Fail Pie Crust" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 egg
    dash of salt
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Work
    shortening into dry ingredients (flour, sugar and salt). Add
    well\tbeaten egg, vinegar and water.\tMix lightly and divide into four parts for 2 large two-crust pies, or into six parts for 3 small two-crust pies.
