Hot Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (12 to 15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    3 cans hot chili beans
    1 packet chili mix (hot or mild)
    1 can mushrooms
    1 bag crushed nacho chips
    1 bag shredded cheese
    sour cream
    jalapeno peppers
Preparation
    Cook ground beef.
    Mix with all but last four ingredients. Cook until thickens.
    Put nacho chips on bottom; pour chili on chips, then add the rest, if desired.
