Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can green beans
    1 can sliced or baby carrots
    1 onion, sliced
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup, diluted with milk
    potatoes with skins or without, cubed
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In large skillet, melt margarine.
    Saute onion.
    Add beans and carrots.
    Stir until all ingredients are coated with margarine.
