Cheesy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    4 oz. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    4 medium baking potatoes
Preparation
    Mix soup, sour cream and pepper into a bowl to make a sauce. Arrange potato slices in rows in baking dish with cheese and sauce between each layer.
    Cover and bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 more minutes or until potatoes are tender. Makes 6 servings.
