Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 3/4 c. boiling water
    4 egg yolks, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    grated rind of 2 lemons
    1/2 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour, cornstarch and salt together.
    Add boiling water while stirring constantly on high heat, until mixture thickens.
    Cook slowly on low heat until thick and add beaten egg yolks.
    Cook 2 minutes longer; add lemon juice and rind.
    Cool. Pour into a baked pie shell; top with meringue.
