Cajun Barbecue Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. Wish-Bone Italian salad dressing
4 to 6 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 tsp. salt
2 to 3 tsp. cayenne pepper
Tabasco to taste
6 lb. unpeeled shrimp
3/4 c. melted butter
1/2 to 1 c. dry white wine
Preparation

Mix first 7 ingredients and pour over raw shrimp.
Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
Place shrimp with marinade in roaster.
Add butter and wine.
Stir and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
For large shrimp, bake 25 minutes, but don't overcook.
Serve shrimp in bowls with liquid.
You'll need 2 napkins, one for your hands and the other for wiping your forehead.
