Italian Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. broccoli florets
1 small red onion, sliced and separated into rings
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
3/4 c. reduced-fat Italian salad dressing
1 1/2 c. halved cherry tomatoes
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, onion, water chestnuts and mushrooms. Pour dressing over vegetables; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Add tomatoes; gently toss. Yield: 9 servings.
