Chili Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. burger
1/2 c. diced onion
2 1/2 c. cooked red beans
1 1/3 c. tomato juice or sauce
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. water
3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Cook until brown in 3 tablespoons of butter the burger and onion.
Add beans and tomato sauce.
Cook 10 minutes.
Make a paste of chili powder, flour, salt, soy sauce and water.
Cook over low heat, stirring frequently.
Cook 30 to 40 minutes.
May add a clove of garlic.
