Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 can onion soup
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1 medium green pepper, cut in strips
Preparation
    Combine flour and seasonings.
    Pound into meat.
    In a skillet, brown meat in shortening; pour off fat.
    Add soup and ketchup.
