Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter flavoring
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
6 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1 can Angel Flake coconut
Preparation

Cream the shortening and sugar.
Add flavors.
Add eggs one at a time.
Mix well (use high speed with electric mixer). Sift
the flour
and salt together, then add slowly.\tFold in coconut.
Pour into
10-inch
stem
pan
that
has been well-greased
and dusted with flour.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour and 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
