Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 loin pork chops
    meat tenderizer
    1/2 c. rice
    seasoned salt
Preparation
    Season chops with meat tenderizer and seasoned salt.
    Heat enough cooking oil to cover skillet bottom.
    Brown chops.
    Add rice.
    Add water to cover rice and chops.
    Cover and simmer until water is absorbed, approximately 20 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
