Cold German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 small potatoes (2 1/4 lb.)
    4 green onions
    1 medium onion
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. water
    1/3 c. white vinegar
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in their skins.
    In a bowl, add green onions (all), chopped onion and peeled potatoes.
    Pour salad oil over mixture.
    Cover and let it stand 2 hours.
    Stir about every 30 minutes.
