Macaroni And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. elbow macaroni
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to package directions.
    Drain.
    Place in buttered casserole dish.
    Melt butter in double boiler; add flour, salt and pepper and stir.
    Slowly add milk and stir until sauce thickens.
    Cut cheese into cubes; add to sauce.
    Stir constantly until cheese melts.
    Pour cheese sauce over macaroni. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 2 to 3 servings.
