Garden Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 strips bacon, cubed
    2 celery stalks, chopped
    2 large onions, chopped
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. chicken strips
    red potatoes
    16 oz. can tomatoes
Preparation
    Saute bacon; remove and put in baking dish.
    Saute celery and onion; put in dish over bacon.
    Add drained mushrooms.
    Saute chicken strips and put over vegetables.
    Put red potatoes over chicken.
    Pour tomatoes over all; cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
