Pineapple Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean pork, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. beef bouillon
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 large onion, thinly sliced
2 1/2 c. drained pineapple chunks
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. pineapple syrup
1/4 c. vinegar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Brown pork in cooking oil, then add salt, pepper and beef bouillon.
Simmer covered for 30 minutes, then add green pepper, onion and pineapple chunks.
Blend sugar, pineapple syrup, vinegar, cornstarch and soy sauce together and add to mixture.
Cook, stirring often for 10 minutes.
Serve over hot rice.
Serves 4.
