5 Minute Steak Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. rolled oats
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    6 slices thinly sliced white bread
    mustard
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients.
    Toast bread on one side in broiler.
    Spread untoasted sides with 1 tablespoon melted butter and mustard.
    Completely cover with meat mixture.
    Spread 1 tablespoon melted butter over top.
    Broil.
