Washington'S Cherry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. biscuit baking mix
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. ground cardamom
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1 c. candied cherries, cut up
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat vigorously all but cherries and nuts for 1/2 minute. Stir in cherries and nuts.
    Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
