Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple, well drained
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. seasoning salt
chopped pecans
Preparation

Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
Mix cream cheese, pineapple, 1 cup pecans, green pepper, onion and seasoning salt. Roll into a ball.
Roll in pecans and refrigerate.
