Claudine'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
4 beaten eggs
3 c. shredded carrots
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Sift all dry ingredients together in large mixing bowl.
Form a well in center and stir in oil, eggs, carrots and nuts until mixed well.
Pour batter into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
