Squash Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. squash, sliced
    2 c. white vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. mustard seed
    2 tsp. celery seed
    2 c. onion, chopped
    2 large bell peppers, chopped
    1 small jar pimento peppers
Preparation
    Bring sugar, vinegar and spices to a boil.
    Add squash, onions and bell peppers.
    Cook 10 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add pimento peppers, chopped.
    Stir well.
    Pack while hot into jars.
    Seal.
