Festive Chicken Log(8 X 2-Inches) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/4 c. mayo
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    2 eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    5 drops Tabasco
    1/4 c. green onions, finely chopped
    2 c. boiled chicken, finely chopped
Preparation
    Cut raw chicken breast in pieces.
    Dip in yogurt, mixed with crushed garlic.
    Dip in wheat germ, mixed with 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Put in picks and serve warm with dashes of soy sauce and honey mustard dressing for dipping.
