Ingredients

1/4 c. Quaker oats, uncooked
1 c. skim milk
1 tsp. instant coffee powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. sugar (optional)
1/2 c. cracked ice or 4 ice cubes
Preparation

Place oats in blender container.
Blend about 1 minute, stopping blender occasionally to stir oats.
Add remaining ingredients.
Blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth.
