Low-Fat Turkey Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
    2 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 large can V-8 juice
Preparation
    Cook fresh ground turkey in skillet until brown.
    Cook the frozen vegetables according to directions in the microwave.
    Add the vegetables to ground turkey and mix well together.
    Add juice and cook until thick as desired.
