Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
1 can onion soup
1 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
flour
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation

Mix the hamburger, bread crumbs, onion soup and eggs as for meat loaf.
Add salt to taste.
Add more bread crumbs, if needed. Make into patties, dip in flour and brown on each side.
