Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. tomato juice
    3/4 c. oats (uncooked)
    1 egg or 2 egg whites
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven
    to 350\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Mix lightly, but thoroughly.
    Press into 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.
    Bake 1 hour or until meat is no longer pink and juices run clear.
    Drain.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
