Peas And Rice(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    2 c. defatted chicken broth
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can garden peas or 1 pkg. frozen garden peas, cooked
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/8 c. Parmesan cheese
    parsley
Preparation
    Saute onion until tender in nonstick pan. Cook rice in chicken broth and onion until done. Add peas, salt and pepper and mix well.
    Put in serving dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
