Potato Onion Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 large onion, sliced and separated into rings
    2 Tbsp butter, melted
    1 can cheddar cheese soup
    3 Tbsp flour
    1/2 cup milk
    1 cup cheese, grated
    1/4 tsp salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Layer a third of the potatoes and onions in a greased casserole dish.
    In a saucepan, combine butter, cheese soup, flour and milk; stirring constantly, cook until bubbly.
    Remove from heat, and stir in grated cheese and salt.
    Pour a third of the sauce over the potatoes and onions.
    Repeat these layers two more times.
    Cover with foil and cook on 350 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes and onions are tender.
