Italian Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2-1/2 lb. round roast
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. salt
    16 oz. tomato sauce (no salt)
    1 (.7 oz.) pkg. Italian dressing mix
Preparation
    Place roast in crockpot; combine remaining ingredients. Pour over roast and cook on high for 5 hours, or on high for 1 hour and on low for 7 hours.
