Special Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 (6 or 8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    6 oz. chopped dates
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts or almonds
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese in bowl.
    Add drained pineapple and dates. Mix.
    Form into a ball and roll in nuts.
    Chill for at least 2 hours.
    Serve with crackers.
    (Ritz are the best!)
