Lemon Icebox Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/4 tsp. lemon extract
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs, separated
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
4 Tbsp. sugar
9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Combine lemon juice and lemon rind.
Gradually stir into milk. Add egg yolk; blend well.
Pour into pie shell.
Chill.
Add cream of tartar to egg whites.
Gradually add sugar.
Beat until stiff peaks form.
Pile lightly on pie filling.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until golden.
