Imperial Crabs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. onion, minced
1 Tbsp. green pepper
1 Tbsp. parsley, minced
1 lb. crabmeat
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire
dash of Tabasco
2 egg yolks, beaten
buttered crumbs
Preparation

Simmer vegetables in butter.
Put crabmeat in bowl.
Add simmered vegetables and all other ingredients.
Mix gently and fill cleaned crab shells.
Cover with buttered crumbs.
Bake 20 minutes at 450\u00b0.
Serves 4 to 5.
