Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs, beaten
3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 c. pecans, chopped (optional)
2 c. sugar
3 c. cooked apples or chopped fresh
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. apple spice or allspice
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Blend all ingredients and bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours in a well-greased and floured tube pan at 325\u00b0.
