Refrigerator-Marinated Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large (24 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
    1 qt. vinegar (white or brown)
    1 pt. cooking oil
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 c. salt
    1/3 c. oregano, dried leaves
    2 cloves garlic
    1 peck peppers, sliced in whatever manner you choose
Preparation
    Pour solution over peppers.
    Leave set out for 24 hours, then put in refrigerator.
    Makes 1 gallon.
